To be honest the customer service is poor.
I contacted you to tell you I wasn’t happy with the quality of the trug and I heard nothing back. I called and nothing. Thankfully the recipient of the trug was happy, extremely expensive for what I received.
This was a present from my husband. It’s a beautiful trugg to replace one I’ve had for over 25 years and it was secondhand then. The old one is usable but I didn’t look after it and left it in the greenhouse in severe temperatures. It looks the same as the new one but with holes and woodworm. I note the Truggery offers to repair damaged ones!
