I have been after a real Sussex trug for a while. So glad I made the trip to purchase in person. Friendly welcome, I even had a quick tour of the workshop. I bought a small trug to fill with decorative pine cones, I keep it in the lounge so i can admire it every day.
We purchased a number of round and cucumber trugs as table centres for our daughter’s wedding. They were beautifully made and were perfect in the rustic barn setting. It was also very special having a traditional Sussex craft centre stage in a very Sussex wedding. The family business were an absolute delight to deal with.
Excellent quality.
Already in daily use to collect tomatos and cucumbers.
