Our passion is quality, crafting trugs that can be enjoyed for generations to come.
I have purchased something like 6 trugs from the Truggery over the past 30 years.
Prior to that I bought 2 x Number 8 trugs for my gardening brother-in-law living in the Brecon Beacons.
Not bad so far! I can then go back the very early 1950's to see my grandfather carrying his large
trug loaded with veg and flowers home from his allotment in Brighton.
We are an East Sussex family for 300+ years and am very pleased to see that 'our' trugs are still
being made. Would I recommend them? I think that answer is above.
Buy one, they are excellent traditional carrying implements, I am about to order another.
