Size

Rectangular shape with rounded corners, the shape that is most used and recognised as a 'Sussex Trug'. The traditional shape for farmers and gardeners. Often used as measures in the past, the smallest holds one Imperial Pint and the largest a Bushel (eight Imperial Gallons).

The No.6 is our most popular trug. For gardening use we recommend a No.5, No.6 or No.7 for the more serious gardener. No.3 and below tend to be more decorative.
